Return Policy
- We offer a 7-day return window from the date of order delivery.
- Returns are only accepted for spoiled, damaged, or incorrect items. Returns for taste or preference are not accepted.
- Returned meat must be sealed, untampered, and in its original packaging with all labels intact.
- Returns will not be accepted if packaging is broken, damaged, or missing important labeling.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
- To return an item, send it back using a reliable courier service. Once we receive it, our support team will assist with your refund.
- Returns & exchanges are not allowed on promotional or discounted products.
Exchange Policy
- If you receive spoiled meat or the wrong product, you may request an exchange within 4 days of delivery.
- If the error was on our part, we will cover the exchange shipping at no cost to you.
- Products must be unopened, frozen, and properly packed for exchange approval.
- Shipping for exchanges is paid by the customer unless caused by our error.
- Exchanges depend on the availability of the required product or cut.
- We aim to complete all exchange requests within 7 working days.
Refund Process
- Bank Transfer or Card Payments: Refunds will be sent back to the original payment source.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Refunds begin after we have received and checked the returned item.

- Items purchased in sales or deals are non-refundable unless received damaged or spoiled.
